There's a couple ways you can do this.

If you want to show pictures from another site, you would put this in your post:

and the pic will show

If you want to attach pictures from your computer in the post, it's

New Topic > Look under the body of your message and under the 'Save Draft', 'Preview', and 'Submit' buttons > Click "Upload Attachment" tab

Alternatively, when you're posting your New Topic, hit CTRL+F to search within the page, and type "upload attachment" and it'll take you directly to this tab.
