I want to read this story but I can't. There's some sort of character encoding problem and all of the apostrophes, quotation marks, and a few other symbols are rendered as a series of 3 random symbols like -> ’. The symbols change to a different set when I switch from unicode to western or some other encoding so I know it's related to encoding. It happens on all the browsers I try. It only affects the story he posted and not other peoples posts or anywhere else I've been on the internet. I just spent an hour google searching and I tried changing my encoding and font settings to all kinds of different things but it doesn't help. Does anyone have any ideas?

This story looks right up my ally but I can't read it with all the distortion. Do you plan on posting a download link or is it posted to another website?
